we are now seeing some real growth in this field
(Appendix 1 to Electric Weather Mechanics)
There are a few descriptions as to what Electroculture is and how it works in nature. With this method, it is simply using the earth’s natural electrical field to increase plant growth and yield, and by very simply tapping into it. With this being done by producing a small current through a copper wire, to produce an localised artificial magnetic field.
as a horticulturist experiment I have been set up a test to try out these basic ideas
with it documented over the summer at the bottom of this page
So with the grounded antenna in this method, it is aiming to tap the negative return field of the earth, by pinching it into a current through the length of a piece of copper wire. With it running from the earth up to the top of the antenna and towards the positively charged ionosphere, with the current then discharging to the atmosphere from the end of the antenna.
The twisting of the antenna is important, as an electrical current naturally likes to travel in a spiral motion and this is why electrical cables like transition lines also twist, to give ease of flow. But and also in addition, when the windings in the spiral become closer together, it will naturally increase electrical pressure, the Voltage.
A Tesla Coil is a very extreme version of the types of electrical principals that are involved, increasing voltage. With it building the voltage in a much more complicated manor and which then gets transferred into a torus to hold the charge, before discharging in a rather spectacular fashion.
With it using both a primary and secondary coil and some electronics to up the voltage, quite significantly. Where as the design for my grounded antenna is really very basic, even though they are designed to do the same thing, increase voltage pressure. But instead with my design though, it has a stepped electrical earthing rod and only one coil, spiralling up a pole. This means if it works to any great effect and proven to do so, it will be very easy to construct, so to increase food yields and especially in poorer regions of the world.
Albeit, mine is more complicated than most Ground Antennas that uses only the coil up a pole method, as it uses a stepped potential in the earthing rod. This to start to pinch the earth field into a current before it reaches the coiled wire that travels up the pole. With it then discharging to the atmosphere.
But mine is still simpler than a lot of other antennas though, due to the people who built them using by a completely different mechanism, the earth's magnetic field. With some employing telluric earth currents. With it being set up to the direction of the cardinal points, being important. Plus with them being a lot bigger and so more elaborately built. But if something works then it doesn't matter what system is used. But with my design though, is really quite simple in its design but should be effective, if the principle on which works is correct. And if they do could of course be of great benefit and we will have a good indication, after the summer.
The earth’s natural electrical field extends between the negatively charged ground at Zero Volts to the positively charged ionosphere at 100,000 volts. With the voltage differential rising by about 100 Volts per metre up through the atmosphere.
This electrical field of the earth is generally not felt by people (unless thunderstorms are around or there is a big solar storm from the sun hitting the earth), due to the field only producing milliamps and because we are normally electrically neutral with our environment, as we will carry the same overall charged value.
A static shock to a door handle will only make you go ouch, at 25,000 Volts. Due to the discharge only having milliamps. But a shock from a car battery at only 12 Volts can make you go dead. Due to it being charged to 30 Amps.
The antenna will only be producing hundreds of volts and milliamps and so, nothing will be felt. Unless really, really, really sensitive to external electromagnetic changes in the localised environment.
When an electrical current is produced, it aways produces a magnetic field along with it and only electricity can produce magnetic fields. A plant’s magnetic field is produced by the sap carrying negative electrical charge from the earth up the plant and with it the pants building blocks. Before making plant growth and then releasing H2O to the atmosphere.
An Aside
Due to any body of flowing water naturally having contaminates in, it means. Any river, stream, brook or even water from your tap will be a very weak electric current in itself. Due to the contaminates being charge neutral with the negatively charged earth and so flowing as a negatively charged stream.
The external moving external current running up the antenna is then felt by the plant through the combining the magnetic fields and it is this, that encourages the plant to grow bigger and give more yield. With the plant following with the accelerated current flow up towards the ionosphere.
There is commercial apparatus available for purchase and which will produce an increased artificial electrical field and so encourage even more plant growth. But that is for more commercial minded people. But could be fun to be experimented with and which I am thinking about playing with in the future, with it just being in the head at the moment.
This home garden system instead though uses just the earth’s own electrical field and so is completely free, once the bits and pieces are obtained and the Ground Antenna set up and grounded in the negatively charged earth.
And so, if you have absolutely no money available to spare, a cheap simplified version of the Ground Antenna can even made from scrap items and so be made for absolutely nothing.
With just a length of electrical cable stripped at the ends, a baboo cane, and some insulating tape or other method to secure the wire at each end of the cane, one can be constructed simply. This of course though, won’t have nearly the same efficiency of a properly grounded antenna but should still have some sort of a noticeable effect.
To again increase the electrical flow and so magnetic field that needs to be produced, attach to wire really securely to bit of plumber’s copper pipe with a Jubilee Clip and imbed that well into the ground.
Electroculture is not a new thing though as many might have thought and in fact goes back quite a way. But due to the way science turned generally during the twentieth and into the twenty first century. Was mainly ignored by most and even forgotten that it was even a concept, that actually existed.
With this being due to people being taught to only look to gravity and mechanical interactions when dealing with understanding the workings of Mother Nature and science in general. And even though the understanding of electromagnetism is what actually built our world today. With it lighting, heating and generally powering our modern way of living and even giving you the ability to view this on an electronic device.
But now and as reality changes at the speed and intensity of a thunderbolt, different types of people are beginning to understand the importance of the charged state of mater interacting with mater of a different charged potential generally. With this now once again including Electroculture and the growing of plants.
With interest in this subject undoubtedly gaining popularity in the future (with the need for more food) and just like the charged nature of mater in general. With many more people getting to know about it and seeing the results other people are getting from it. And by just using the earth’s electrical field to increase plant growth and yield and at the local level of your own garden.
So, this is not going to be one of those fads that quickly comes and goes. With it instead becoming enduringly popular, due to being very cheap and ridiculously easy to construct in even its basic form.
Many add embellishments to the basic form & function of the antenna and so also making the it more of a sculptural piece and especially when used among the showier plants, like summer bedding and an herbaceous boarder.
With it being fun to do as a creative project for adults and children alike and especially if a cheaper option needs to be prettied up a bit, by adding crystals etc to it. But as long as the antenna goes at least a way into the ground then it will be earthed, as it reaches into the atmosphere. So, all should be good.
An antenna tends to be in a more basic form, when used around the Veg, Tomatoes and like, and like the one that I am fabricating for the experiment to go with this page. In horticulture there are not mistakes, just experiments that need adjusting, or that didn’t work.
The earth and other planets are within the sun’s electrical field and which extends out to the heliopause. With the planets being the ‘loads’ on the sun’s electrical circuit. With those ‘loads’ being energised by electrical charge coming from the sun. To see in detail how the earth deals with this input of electrical charge into the earth and how it drives our weather and earth dynamics generally. Please see on this website- Electric Weather Mechanics.
Electroculture makes use of the earth’s electrical field, by concentrating the movement of electric field through a wire and so creating a localised magnetic field. Electrical charge takes the path of least resistance and this is what is being produced with a Grounded Earth Antenna.
Plants produce their own magnetic fields through sap moving through the sap canals and to due to them being in close proximity to the GEA, the magnetic fields mix. With the accelerated negative current flow in the wire, encouraging the plant to move faster towards the positively charged ionosphere.
Leaf, branch and stem growth is equal to root growth, with one making the other form in the plant, on either side of the crown of the plant. With the crown starting out as the seed.
Roots are made from positive charge reaching down into the generally negatively charged earth. With the stems, branches and leaves being made by the crown, to transport the returning negative charge back up from the earth and towards the ionosphere, within the overall sun/earth electrical circuit.
Light is an electromagnetic wave produced by an electric sun and is the conduit for positive charge to be picked up by the negatively charged leaf through photosynthesis and with the intake of CO2, transport the positive charge and plant food (CO2) into the negatively charged earth via the crown. With the root growth taking in nutrients into the crown of the plant (the electrical pinch point between leaf/stem growth and root growth).
Readdressing The Electrical Balance
With the H2O from the negatively charged ground, then carrying nutrients (building blocks for the crown, then into stem, branch and leaf growth) up through the plant, with the negative charge in the earth circuit producing oxygen and which is carried with the ascending H2O, towards the ionosphere.
When dealing with light it is good to know why the UV frequencies of the Electromagnetic Spectrum are important. With this being due to them being on the cusp of the ionising, and the non-ionising frequencies of the Electromagnetic Spectrum.
An Aside
When an object receives too much positive charge it has to increase its surface area in order to accommodate the increase in positive charge and so attract more electrons to it. So, to once again reach a state of charge equilibrium with its localised environment.
Without any expansion, to create more surface area overall, sol to attract more electrons. An object has to discharge all that incoming positive charge or it will explode. To create small bits and so increase the surface area overall. And just like a space rock entering earth’s electrical field.
So no, bright meteors streaking across the sky are not caused by heat. They are caused by them entering the earth’s electrical field that runs through the atmosphere and so, are electrically arcing, as they electrically discharge and disintegrate.
With a plant, this expansion is root growth below the surface but because it is a living electrical circuit, it must also have a means of releasing that positively charged input into the roots, back from the ground and out towards the positively charged ionosphere and so, we also see growth above the crown of the plant, in order to accommodate the release of the return current from the earth and so, creates the living electrical circuit.
basic materials needed
A Bamboo cane or other pole. The length depending on the type of plant being grown alongside the Antenna and whether just functional, or being more creative and ornate. There are no mistakes in gardening, only adjustments needed and experiments that didn’t quite work out.
Copper wire. This wraps in a spiral motion around and up the cane and secured at each end. With a small straight piece of the copper wire sticking straight up from the top of the cane and into the atmosphere. If a connecting rod is not used, the wire must reach well into the ground.
With the winding of the pole, there has been much debate as which way around the pole it should go. In the end I went with the same way that the negative electrical charge (and which we are tapping), emerges as a whole from the earth and so, the same as the spin rotation of an Atmospheric ‘High’. Which is clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere and anti-clockwise in the Southern. As seen from above and so looking down up the pole towards the ground.
Copper Rod (optional but best). The metal copper is an excellent electrical conductor which doesn’t corrode. So and if a rod is also used, then attach it to the copper wire near to the base of the pole. This can be soldered but can be well wrapped and secured tightly to the wire, like with a Jubilee clip and insulating tape.
With the rod then really grounding the antenna and the longer into the ground the grounding rod can reach, the better. As more negative current will be attracted to it and so passed up to the Antenna, to increase current flow.
The rod or wire should ideally go into the earth at about 300 millimetres, to make the antenna really grounded (or for those in the U.S, that’s about one fifth of a Kourtney Kardashian).
If only the coiled copper around the cane is used, with no attached rod, then make sure the copper wire is firmly secured to the cane, so it doesn’t slip, come loose and ride up the pole when the cane is pushed into the ground.
Function and the form. Many add crystals as well as making other attractive patterns in the copper and so making it into real sculptural pieces and this is of course a good creative way to meditate. As a more interesting form comes together creatively to create the function.
Plants. This is your choice but the planting should be near but not touching the antenna. In order to get close to the magnetic field being created by the spiralling electrical charge moving up the cane. Once the plants really get going, they will start to increase their own magnetic fields as they grow and so increase the overall magnetic field within the antenna plot, as a whole.
As this is a new experiment and due to being conducted in the vegetable section of a communal public garden and so open to public view, and so also education at ground level. I wanted to give the Grounded Earth Antenna a real chance to really do some work and prove its worth. But without going too over the top.
Electricity increases and discharges in steps, with electromagnetically self-organised containment fields and is called the electrical stepped potential. This is why the early pyramids were stepped and the later ones eventually blew apart, when smooth sided. With the much smaller steps being covered to make a smooth side structure.
With the dangers of ignoring stepped potential being seen today (as well as in the past) with very high voltage electrical power and especially in the fields of construction.
This ESP is more clearly seen though with the SAFIRE Project and with its discharge to its localised environment. This is out little solar atmosphere here on earth, with it showing the electrical nature of stars. With its self-organising electromagnetic containment field, controlling a highly energised plasma.
In the design of my antenna and even though the current produced will be really, really, really tiny, compared to something like SAFIRE, I am introducing a reducing step potential into the design. Plus using longer lengths, both above ground and below the ground, to maximise negative earth current flow, up through the antenna.
The design will concentrate the charge into each bigger step, before releasing it, to the next smaller step and so on up to the antenna (like a series of capacitors, charging up and then releasing to the next). And which includes the wire antenna, so will have four steps in all.
With the antenna and due to being a spiral (think Tela Coil) up the bamboo, accelerating the current flow up the pole and so producing the voltage pressure needed to form a decent magnetic field, and so be able to do some work.
Obviously, we are dealing with a very, very low current in Electroculture. But whatever the power level within a current flow, electricity is fractal like and so works the same over many, many orders of magnitude.
So, my rod will actually be made as electrically conductive as possible and from three small diameter copper tubes reducing in size. With them being soldered one inside each other (like a rigid car arial), with the wire then soldered into the thinnest tube. The grounding rod is 60 cm (or 2 fifths of a KK) long and so can reach deep into the earth.
As this is also for teaching, as well as being for experimentation, I left about 15 cm (half a KK) out of the ground, so people can see clearly what is going on. The antenna section is 5 mts of 1.25 mm copper wire spiralling up the cane to a height of 1.5 mts above ground.
The planting will be at varying distance from the pole to see how far the electric and so associated magnetic field, will influence any plant growth.

The plants used are what was available at my local little stockist and is rather late in year to start these of these types of plant off. But is actually perfect, as it is being done as an experiment and not for a harvest, with any fruit being a bonus. I needed three plants all the same for the experiment and picked what was available and which was a rather warm (to say the least) Chili, called 'Carolina Reaper'. The tomato plant is a 'Money Maker' and was the last one in decent condition, so I grabbed that as well, I have grown this variety many times over the years and as the name suggests, gives lots of fruit. So starting a tomato plant this off late will be an experiment in itself and a good indicator to any effect.
As an after thought copper strips have been added to the experiment to help prevent any possible slug damage, Plus to make the experiment more visual to the adult public and their children.

The south of England received about a months worth of rain yesterday and the little young peppers are sadly no more. But the young Money Maker tomato plant and although looking a bit sad, it actually survived the massive watery onslaught from the heavens above.
The encouraging thing though with original antenna, is that although still small and young, there are already small flower buds formed on the Tomato plant and so showing that the antenna might well be working as desired. I have though now taken over a section of the Greenhouse and will set up a new experiment in there next week. In the more stable conditions.
