MY DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO ELECTRICAL CHARGE
This Document is written from both an observational point of view, plus from other people's experimental work and their knowledge base and which is coming from the very Real Science of plasma physics and electrical engineering. I have then combined this with my own insight based on my horticulturist and general knowledge of meteorology, plus what I already knew from the world of the sciences.
Although always having an Electric Universe knowledge base to start with, my thinking then also goes into areas that are at the moment not officially recognised by the Electric Universe Theory but I think are valid points of conjecture.
There is still much confusion as to even the basic nature of electrical charge and we are still discovering aspects of how it functions, with its associated magnetic fields and with this Document I hope to expand our understanding of it's seemingly complex and at times strange nature and especially when plasma, the highly conductive forth state of matter gets involved.
When there are the same amount of particles in the nucleus as electrons surrounding it, the atom is said to be in a state of neutral charge. But when an atom nucleus acquires more electron than if it was in a neutral state, it becomes negatively charged and when an atom looses electrons from a neutral position, the atom is said to be positively charged and so it is the amount of electron that alters the charged state of the atom. These unbalanced atoms then become known as positive and negative ions.
Modern thinking with electricity is that we shouldn't think strictly in terms of positive and negative but rather objects trying to find a charge equilibrium with the environments they find themselves in, by way of a charge exchange. So something with more overall charge will be positive, compared to an object or less dense areas of plasma, with less overall charge and which we think of as being negative. But we still use positive and negative in terms of overall charged objects but is more a direction the charge is moving in to try and achieve balance. So even in a circuit the positive just means that pole has more overall charge and is giving some of that extra charge to the negative pole, to try and achieve charge equilibrium.
Electromagnetism, electrostatics and electrodynamics are different aspects of matter being charged and which shows itself from the different ways we observe the different electrical phenomena taking place. So this begs the question, what exactly is charge? Charge is a term to describe the electrical nature of matter and so not an actual thing in itself, as it describing the state of something else, the matter.
Only one thing can produce magnetic fields and that is electrical charge. Even permanent magnets have to be shot through with electrical charge first, so they can line up their atoms in a series configuration within the metal. With the atoms being forced into a north/south, north/south, north/south etc configuration, with the last south in the magnet then reaching around to find the north of the metal and so produce an overall field around the magnet. This means that there has to be a medium there for it to run through, the electromagnetic aether.
This is why when you slice a magnet at any point, the individual bits will still be magnetic as each bit will still be in an a series configuration on their own. If the magnet is then heated, it will agitate the atoms out of their series configuration and so the metal will start to loose its magnetic field. Only substances that can have their atomic molecular structure altered to a series configuration can hold can hold a magnetic field, such as iron, nickel and cobalt.
Originally the atom was described as having a nucleus and which was made of matter and is positively charged, with much smaller particles of negatively charged matter called electrons circling it and at different distances from the nucleus, depending on the energy levels of the electron and so were seen, just like mini solar systems.
These days though the electron is also said to be like a shell/sheaf encompassing the nucleus as a whole, rather than just individual tiny particles in orbit around it and personally in the past I had always gone with the encompassing shell model, once I discovered that description of it.
But when Nicola Tesla the brilliant electrical pioneer from the turn of the nineteenth century and into the twentieth was asked about the electron he said, 'there is no such thing as an electron'.
So this made me look to another explanation as to what we call the electron and what it might be. But to start with and because the atom is made of separated charge, then it is at it's basic level an electrical phenomena and so is producing even at this quantum scale, magnetic fields. So even at the level of the very small, a electrical effect can be seen to be working on matter.
See further down as I go into this further, as I use to an image of SAFIRE to show what the electron sheaf's look like and explain how I see them form, due to the atom's nucleus interactions with the neutrino field. So when it is said that electrons are moving, whether as part of an atom, or as individual items, are we actually seeing a movement in the neutrino field, as it interacts with normal matter and so just giving the impression that it is the electron that is moving?
On the bigger level and with the effect of metal being shot through with charge, magnetic fields are produced. Then if a semi-conductor is cooled down sufficiently, its semi conductive pathways become frozen into place and then if it is put inside a strong magnetic field, the field will not only go around the semi conductor but also, the field will be flowing through it and so locking it in place.
Static charge and which as the name suggests, is charge that isn't moving, as with an electrical current. But whether moving or static, an electrical charge will always produce magnetic fields, with electrostatics working on or near contact between two bodies.
This type of charge and magnetic effect can be produced by rubbing a balloon against something like a jumper and which will then remove electrons from the balloon and so make it positively charged.
Negatively charged objects will then be attracted to it and can be easily and safely experimented with at home with a flow of water out of the negatively charged ground and so, is consequently also negatively charged as it had to reach a state of equilibrium with its surroundings and because it is flowing, will actually become a weak electrical current.
With this being able to be detected by the Dowsing technique, as we pick up the subtle differences in earth's electromagnetic field. In the UK, dowsing is actually taught in some horticulturist colleges in the Arborist department.
It is still taught in many circles though (like with the following link) that it is the other way around and that it is the positive that moves but this is wrong as only negative moves in a flowing current. When the positive charge pole does move it is an explosive electrical event, like the solar wind and CMEs from the sun, or the initial magma ejection from a volcano, more on that further down.
THE VISUAL HERE ARE IMPORTANT, NOT THE COMMENTARY
Electrodynamics works through the aether as far as I can see and produces longitudinal waves and which has a speed that has been estimated to be moving at from here to the other side of the Andromeda Galaxy in one second and so obliterating the notion that the speed of light as a transverse wave is the ultimate speed across the universe.
This type of longitudinal wave can be visualised (but rather than through the whole field) as a single cable and how an AC current operates and would run through our mains supply.
Alternating Current works by the polarity changing back and forth down the whole length of the cable, between the power station and end destination. With the electrons not going to a destination as from A to B but instead, the whole line of electrons just constantly and very quickly just moving back and forth between the power source and the destination.
With the full implications of this type of power distribution being made by the original and brilliant Nikola Tesla as he realised that we don't use electricity to power things, we use the energy it is giving off, when it moves as a current. So when you look at a light bulb, you are not looking at the moving electrical charge but in stead the energy being given off by that movement.
But now with the shift of polarities back and forth and with this in mind as a line through the aether, information can be delivered back and forth and almost instantaneously by way of structured pole shifts, as opposed to a steady pole shift of 50 cycles per second in a electrical mains supply.
So I think this will be the next great breakthrough in communication and which will then allow us to communicate with any other intelligent life forms out there. And I would think that this is why we can't hear any galactic chatter at the moment, as we haven't yet learnt how to listen properly, as we still use radio waves.
Some of the underpinnings in Einstein's thinking is that light is constant in a vacuum. But straight away this brings to the surface yet more problems, as there is no such thing as a complete vacuum, with there being only partial vacuums in our universe. Plus it has been proven that the speed of light changes depending on the matter it is travelling through, plus it is depending on the local electromagnetic environment it finds itself in.
During the 20th century and as technology was developed, it showed that the speed of light wasn't at all constant and at times varied quite wildly. So to keep up the appearance that speed of light was a constant, a fudge factor had to be introduced back in the seventies by main stream science, so theoretical physicists could keep guessing and carry on receiving massive funding for it.
"FIRST WE GUESS IT, NO DON'T LAUGH..."
The official term they coined for the fudging factor and which is now always needed to be used in the 'standard model', is 'Intellectual Phase Locking' and is the process of altering the measuring Yard Stick to fit the changes in speed. View at 23:20 as the biologist Rupert Sheldrake explains the process in more detail.
As already said, moving charge in a circuit is the moving negatively charged electrons and is a mechanism to balance the charge within a system. But sometimes it is also seen that the positive also moves, as with a CME from the sun. So what is happening?
This movement of the positive pole can be observed on earth as well as with the sun, as tiny electrical explosions, or even magma exploding from a volcano, and again more on this further down.
To see it on the small scale an experiment can be done in the laboratory, as the positive pole tries to reach the negative pole to complete the circuit and let the electrons flow, with a succession of little explosive jumps.
When using an AC power supply, with the polarity continually changing between the poles, this need to complete the circuit and balance the system will be driven by the explosive positive pole from each end, as the current cycles back and forth between the two poles. Then when the circuit is completed, will allow the negative electrons to flow back and forth within the circuit.
Do not try this at home unless you really, really, really know what you are doing as it can result in your death, if you get it wrong.
So the positive only moves when an object (anode) holds too much plus charge and can't form a circuit to a negative pole (cathode) to balance the charge within the system. Or the cathode moves away from the anode and so the cathode is once again holding too much charge for the anodes distance to the cathode (with the mechanism to transport charge through open space being a Birkeland Current) and so has to release positive charge from the anode to its local environment.
With our sun there is a solar system full of cathodes including a virtual one, the heliopause, so the mechanism is far more complex as different planetary configurations spin around the sun and the sun's heliosphere as a whole moves around with the rest of the galaxy.
Birkeland Currents operate at all different scales to transport charge and can be seen as Plasma Ball filaments and lightning strikes, being examples of these. With the big break through in understanding their structure coming from the retired Professor of Electrical Engineering Donald Scott, who mathematically described them and showed them to be circuits within themselves and so a mechanism to balance charge and so not be just power dumps in a single direction as originally assumed.
Looking down the barrel of Birkeland Current
So the positive has the power to make the jumps but only until the circuit is established and then allowing the negative electrons to flow as a circuit to balance the system.
The sun via the solar wind and CMEs dump mainly exploded positive charge, but with also some negative charge it has accumulated on its travels from the sun to the Van Allen Belts and our ionosphere at the outer layer of our atmosphere and which is then attractive to electrons from the earth. With the atmosphere being a weak plasma double layering, between the two poles of the earth and the ionosphere.
Between the positive ionosphere and the negatively charged surface crustal layer of the earth, the charged weak plasma double layering goes up through the atmosphere, with the earth/ionosphere currents running through them. With this layering clearly being seen as clouds flatten out at different attitudes and with some of them being blown in different directions at those different altitudes.
Under normal gravitational conditions due to it being extremely weak force, a gas cannot be held in place around a planet, as it would instantly dissolve into the near vacuum of space.

Gases always expand into the environment they find themselves in but because plasma is 10^39 or 1000, billion, billion, billion, billion times stronger than Newtonian gravity or even how Einstein fantasied about it, the bending of light by matter on a flat bit of rubber cloth, it means that any atmosphere must be at least a weak plasma to stay in place around a planet. Consequently all the gas giants should actually be called, Plasma Giants.
These currents running through the atmosphere via the pinch points (the Aurora), then connect the earth as a whole to the sun and so completes the sun/earth circuit. When a current is wide and somewhat diffuse it will be in Plasma discharge mode 1 (dark mode) and so not be seen in the frequencies of the Electromagnetic Spectrum visible to human eye sight.
When those currents start to become restricted the current density within the current goes up and the current filaments will start to glow in frequencies that we can see and this is why we can see the Aurora (plasma discharge mode 2), as the sun's currents starts to get pinched as they hit the atmosphere of the earth and increase their current density.
When a current fully pinches, due to the increasing magnetic properties of the flowing current, then the current density is so restricted that the plasma discharge goes to Mode 3, Arc Mode. As well as being seen on earth as a lightning bolt, or even a static spark between two points, it also applies to the sun, as the intergalactic currents that feed the sun creates its composition to becoming a restricted spherical discharging object in Arc Mode.
This far out on a galactic arm the input/output currents into stars and which includes our sun are in Dark Mode and so cannot be seen in visible to human wave lengths of the EM Spectrum. Around other bi-polar planetary nebular (as they have been named and the pic just above) and near the galactic central bulge though, they can be seen as the more energised currents start to pinch around the stars, with the outer regions of the current being also seen, in Glow Mode.

At times of high positive charge coming out from the sun, the earth and other cathodes in the sun's circuit need to balance with it and so the circuits to the cathodes will become more highly energised and so will then attract more electrons from the cathode and so have more current flowing through the circuit and so energise it as a whole.
When the different charged currents (air masses) within an atmosphere are forced together they will start to spark and these are the lines of convergence in meteorology and so is not a processes governed by fluid mechanics but rather, electromagnetic mechanics.
With fluid mechanics as used in traditional meteorology, liquids flow into each other and can mix. With electromagnetic mechanics however, they will get close but will try to avoid contact. With this being because electromagnetism is attractive at a long distance and repulsive at a short distance.
But because standard traditional meteorology can only have heat changing air pressure with their fluid mechanics modelling, then it stands to reason why they can only have limited success with their predictions and explanations as to what is happening with our weather.
Tornadoes, water spouts etc connect a generally negative cloud with a generally negative earth and are also Birkeland Currents but in Plasma Discharge Mode 1, Dark Mode, but can be seen due to them changing water moisture out of its vapour state in the atmosphere. Or by simply seeing their effect on the ground or water, by lifting the surface materiel up in their return circuitry. With water spouts the different cylinders within the structure is more easily seen.
So they are themselves circuits and so have both positive and negative charge within them and so once again are a connection for the movement of electrons to balance the cloud with the earth and so the earth to the ionosphere, in order to balance the system as a whole to the changing electromagnetic field from the sun.
One of misconceptions with E=mc2 is the thought that energy can be converted into matter and back again, when it actually means that the mass (second half of the equation) is 'equal' to the electromagnetic energy it has locked up within the mass. So more mass will be equal to the more electromagnetic energy it holds.
This mistake has been widely used in science fiction and who didn't understand the equation (like with Star Trek, where they beam people about), after it was originally shortened from the slightly longer known electromagnetic versions it was taken from.
As the equation explains that mass it not just matter (which Einstein ignored) but also includes the rest of that side of the equation and so showing that the amount of mass something has is equivalent to the energy it has and with the equation being able to calculate the energy value of the mass.
When an atomic bomb explodes the internal energy is released from the atoms, but the atoms of the bomb doesn't actually vanish. They instead become the fall out and which of course can still be observed as the nuclear pollution.
Piezoelectricity is charge within a material that is produced by artificial pressure. An interesting thing to note though with this type of generated charge, is that the charge generated is AC and not DC and so has to be converted through a rectifier to DC, if to be used in a circuit like with a piezoelectric door bell.
Being AC, is the key to its understanding as this type of charge generation has positive and negative in the distortion and so is not a simple separation of charge as some have suggested. But rather and again, the system as a whole looking to balance itself as a structure with the associated jumping positive poles in the distorted crystal exploding to make contact once again after the pressure is released and so balancing the electrical charge and the lattice structure within the crystal as a whole.
And as far as I can determine, this is also happening with solar luminescence, as the distortion of a gas bubble in liquid first expands and then contracts as the sound wave's peaks and troughs passes through it. So this also shows that matter doesn't become energy but rather releases energy as the bubble expands and then collapses (doesn't disappear) several thousand times a second to create a constant light.
If constant pressure is used on a crystal rather than then releasing the pressure to recreate the lattice structure of the crystal, the release of energy from the distortion happens when the crystal starts to break apart and so stopping the pressure on the crystal as a whole.
And this is what I think is happening when a meteor explodes in our atmosphere but from the atmosphere pressure, as the rock races through it and because it is positively charged (coming from outside the earth and so in the sun's environment to start with) it will try to collect electrons from the earth' negatively charged environment with it also not being able to release that pressure.
So the initial sparks with associated light from the meteor being electrons arcing on the surface, but any break up being due to the piezoelectric effect breaking the meteor apart and so allowing electrons into the meteor and so making it seem to explode with even more force.
Earthquakes on earth are a combination of the piezoelectric effect as described above and can include collapsing plasma double layers. Once again more about that further down.

So having looked at how charge and its associated magnetic fields manifests themselves through different mechanisms, we still need to answer what creates a separated charge at its fundamental level within the atom.
So once again I return to what Tesla said and that is that there is no such thing as an electron. And after seeing what was being observed with the SAFIRE Project, I now see the electron as a negatively charged response in its environment and which is observed in the aether field. So as far as I and other in the Electric Universe community can see, neutrinos are the aether field, with them seen as an effect in the aether.
Neutrinos are said to be little bits of matter that are completely different from normal matter that makes up atoms and are said to have little or no effect or electrical charge and so have much if any mass. Because as already explained mass is equal to the charge it has on it. But because we cant directly observe them, with them only being seen as a secondary effect, it is all just conjecture as to what a neutrino actually is and whether it actually exists as a separate bits of matter. But in this model they are and it is their reaction with normal matter and which creates our universe.
So I am thinking that what we think of as the neutrino and being hard to detect, is them being seen as a localised reaction with normal matter, with neutrons through fiction with normal matter then making normal matter to become positively charged and creating a negative field around them. With us then being able to detect them.
So as I see it, it is the aether field causing a static reaction with a moving neutrons of normal matter within an atom's nucleus and so altering some neutrons to become what we detect as protons, an electron shell, as well as a secondary effects in the aether we call the neutrino and so in my estimation making it an electrostatic aether, rather than being an electromagnetic one.
With this thinking leading to an electric current (moving electrons) actually being a moving neutrino field, which energises each atom in turn. So we have a neutrino field being distorting in the presence of normal matter. This thinking then gets away from the 'standard model' of mechanical interactions, with atoms just banging about into each other, with the collisions causing the effect we see as a moving current.
The SAFIRE Project
So this thinking carries on from what is observed with the SAFIRE Project, when an energy input being made into the anode nucleus and when the right amount of power input is used, creating stable plasma ‘double layers’ within the rarefied hydrogen environment.
With this showing that there is atmospheric double layering being produced and made from the hydrogen field it was sitting in, rather than being something actual and different. With these Plasma Double Layers, stepping up and down the voltage gradient within the total plasma discharge between the anode nucleus and the outer layer of its atmosphere.
With me then seeing this being the same with a planetary atmosphere as the power input from the sun into the earth producing plasma double layers to step up and down the voltage through the atmosphere.
SAFIRE & ITS ATMOSPHERIC LAYERING
So in this hypothesis we have normal matter and which is always in motion constantly moving through a aether field of neutrinos and so energising and so forming each atom and so concentrating the aether field around any normal matter and altering it, when normal matter encounters it. With the matter moving more quickly when energised from an external force acting on it.
With this reasoning, a universe is made of only neutrons of normal matter interacting with the neutrino aether and then just giving us the impression that the protons exist, as well as giving out a radiation in the aether and what we call the electron. So atoms are not full of empty space but instead are sitting in an aether field and which they interact with.
After the initial make up of the atom they then form molecules and which is external and so electromagnetics, electrodynamics as well as electrostatics coming into play. For how they then bind together into the elements, I would refer you to the Structured Atom Model and the geometric structuring of molecules by charge.
Although to start with the SAM model has no neutrons with them only has protons in the nucleus, I have checked with them as to this new starting point with this model and it also fits in with their model, past the initial stage of what makes up the nucleus and electrons.
So with this type of thinking I am returning to the times of Michael Faraday and the like and where an aether was known to exist in their minds, whether it is electrostatic in nature like I reason, or electromagnetic as traditionally thought.
As already stated the layering that we see within the earth's atmosphere doesn't stop there, with it also having layers of charge running down through the earth too. With volcanoes being a fine example of a plasma Exploding Double Layer happening beneath the surface of the earth.
Although not official Electric Universe Law at the moment, I very much go along with the expanded earth theory, through an input of massive amounts of electrical charge, rather than through the implausible moving Tectonic plates idea. With it giving rise to the ancient catastrophes and which includes the big flood event recorded in many of the old texts.
We know from electrochemistry that when hydrogen arcs on oxygen rich silicates they produce both hydroxyl radicals (HO) and virgin water (H2O) and we also know now that there is still plenty of water locked up in the earth's crust and so suggesting that a massive charged input into the earth could create both the expansion events as well as much if not all of the water we now see.
It is good to remind ourselves that what is described as fact in main stream science is just guesswork built on other unproven guesswork, with most all of it trying to be shoehorned in together to try and make a whole selection of guesses fit together. With this causing much fudging to take place within the 'standard model'.
Even though evolution is seen to exist, the actual facts do suggest that it happens at the speed of a lightning strike and not over millions and billions of years and at a very laborious rate as reasoned by Darwin and his followers.
Even from a common sense perspective, if a species found itself cut off on an island and it had to evolve as a sub species to be able to feed itself, then it would have to do it within a generation or two, or the sub species would quickly die out.
ELECTRIC FOSSILISATION
Also from a common sense perspective, I find it extremely implausible that it is just one big coincidence that all the continents fit together pretty much perfectly on a much smaller globe, with them just happening to have floated into their present positions now, when we have the technology to see that they do actually fit together pretty perfectly on a much smaller planet.
But the mechanism for this as envisaged by a 'standard model' wouldn't be able see it, as in their collision/gravity only eyes, it would mean a massive input of matter would be needed into the earth to accomplish this and so deny the visual evidence of our modern day computers and real scientific data. But as already pointed out, matter is not just mass but also has a massive charged component to it, as described even by E=mc2.
As already shown, any electrical explosion is due to a positive pole having to much positive charge as it tries to balance with it's surrounding environment, with it needing to jump (expand) to balance the charge within the overall environment.
So what we have is the internal core being turned to a bubble like substance and like a boiling pan of milk on a hob will expand but unlike milk, magma is normally in a solid state at the earth's surface and so will set at the expanded size and leave the earth at that bigger size and due to the samples taken from the ocean beds, has had a few expansions, before settling to what we have now.
But when I say settled I actually mean mainly settled, as we are still seeing signs of this expansion even today with it happening with the Rift running through and pushing Africa apart as well as the New Madrid fault in the Americas doing the same.
So if earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are not down to plate tectonics as originally speculated, then what is causing them with an expanded earth?
With an expanding earth it is easy to still see that any continuing and slow expansion will make the ground rub up against each other and create pressure in the rock. But is there more going on as the earth is an electrical body?
And the answer is yes as earthquakes are exchanges of electrical charge just like with the atmosphere and so can be seen as lightning travelling through the rocky strata, as the internal layers of charge balance themselves to the changing charged exchange with the sun. Plus with the piezoelectric effect of crystalline granite being distorted under pressure.
Volcanoes are Exploding Double Layers, with the magma and surrounding cooled rock experiencing a reduced current running through the earth and this is why we have an increase in volcanic activity during times of solar minimums with the charged layers collapsing and causing them to short circuit and explode.
So volcanoes are made of magma and which has too much positive charge exploding up through the outer layer of the earth and which is negatively charged and when the Plasma Double Layer does collapse both magma and the blasted surrounding rock, will be ejected from the blast. With the positive magma being attracted and so quickly falling back to the negatively charged surface of the earth and away from the positively charged ionosphere above.
While the exploded dust (due to size and so not being effected by gravity) reaching up to the positively charged ionosphere. With the heavier material also falling back to earth as they reach a state of equal charge with their environment and so allowing the gravitational force to bring them back to earth.
It can often be seen that the rising negatively charged dust cloud will spiral as it reaches upwards and this shows its charged nature and so is also a Birkeland Current.
It can also be seen that the positively charge magma when constricted to a single channel, can also spin and so is also a moving current. but if positively charged, why is it spinning and not exploding forward?
This is due to the surrounding earth's surface being negatively charged, with the positive magma flow pulling electrons from it and so because there is now moving electrons with the flow, will make it spin as it is now a current. With it then becoming a steady un-spinning flow, after it has pulled enough electrons from the ground to become charge neutral and so then being driven by gravity as a steady charge neutral flow.

The electromagnetic field produced by our brains extends out past our skulls and connects directly with the earth's magnetic field and which then interacts all the way across the universe.
NOTHING IS AN ISLAND IN AN ELECTRIC UNIVERSE
At our local level this can be very strong through the atmosphere and especially now, as the metal particulates from geoengineering is increasing the conductive nature of the connected medium between conscious animals and which of course includes humans. This conductive dust then settles in the oceans and so making them also more conductive.
With this becoming more noticeable and especially now as people are becoming consciously aware of it. Rather than just accepting what those in the failed 'standard model' has just led us to believe. With a main tenet of their belief system being that we live in a separated and unconnected universe. But as we are now continually being shown by the universe, is exactly wrong. Of course animals don't know of, or care about what human's guesswork might be and just get on with it anyway. So is it now time to truly become part of a bigger collective whole and think in universal terms?
